A romantic Valentine's gift combining a personalised photo balloon, a premium teddy bear and a rose box — delivered as a doorstep surprise in Ranelagh.
A customer got in touch five days before Valentine's Day. He wanted to do something significant — it was also the anniversary of the day he and his girlfriend had first met, three years prior. He wanted the gift to reference that first meeting somehow, without being overly sentimental. He had a photo from that day — a selfie the two of them had taken at a festival — and wondered if it could be incorporated. He also wanted a teddy and some roses. Budget wasn't his main concern; he just wanted it to be perfect.
We created a three-element Valentine's gift. The centrepiece was a large round photo balloon featuring the festival selfie, printed on a premium foil with deep red and gold colouring around the border. Alongside it, we styled a matching heart foil and latex cluster arrangement in red, blush and gold. This was paired with our medium luxury teddy (a soft champagne-coloured bear with a red ribbon) and a six-rose preserved rose box in classic red. All three elements were presented together at the door in coordinated packaging with a handwritten card — a complete, curated gift experience.
The customer called us after the delivery to say his girlfriend was overwhelmed. She hadn't expected anything so personal — the photo balloon had completely caught her off guard. He said it was the best gift he'd ever given and that she had immediately started crying. The photo balloon is now framed and hanging in their apartment. He has since ordered from us for her birthday and for the following Valentine's Day.
