You Need to Know

Fill in our custom order form, or reach out by WhatsApp, Instagram DM, phone or email. We'll get back to you with a personalised quote within a few hours during business hours.

The more detail you can give us, the better — occasion, preferred colours, any text or names you'd like on the balloons, delivery date, budget and any add-ons. Our order form walks you through everything we need.

We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred delivery slot. For larger, more complex arrangements we suggest 3–5 days. Same-day orders may be possible — just WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.

For some orders we can share a digital mock-up or reference images to give you an idea of the finished look. You'll always have the chance to provide feedback before we start creating your arrangement.

Minor changes are usually possible if there's enough time before your delivery date. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Significant changes close to the delivery date may not be possible.

We deliver across all Dublin postcodes (D01–D24) and surrounding areas including Tallaght, Clondalkin, Lucan, Blanchardstown, Malahide, Swords and more. Check our full delivery guide.

Same-day and next-day delivery is available for most orders, subject to availability. We deliver 7 days a week between 8:00am and 6:00pm. We'll confirm your delivery window when your order is confirmed.

Yes — collection is always an option. Once your order is confirmed we'll share the collection address and arrange a suitable time with you.

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and order size. We'll include the delivery fee in your personalised quote. See our delivery info page for full details and area breakdowns.

We accept payment by bank transfer. Once you've approved your quote, we'll send you our bank details. Your order is confirmed and your slot reserved once payment clears — usually within minutes for online transfers.

For most orders we ask for full payment upfront. For very large or complex corporate orders we may arrange a deposit structure — we'll discuss this with you when quoting.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may not be refundable as materials will have already been sourced and work begun.

Absolutely. We can include personalised names, ages, messages and custom text on foil letter and number balloons. Just include your text in the order form.

We stock a wide range of colours in both latex and foil balloons. If you have a specific colour palette in mind, just let us know and we'll do our best to match it. Reference images are always helpful.

Yes — our Kids Character Balloons collection features a range of popular themes. We can also source specific licensed character foil balloons on request.

Standard latex balloons typically stay inflated for 12–24 hours. Foil balloons can last 3–5 days or longer. We treat our latex balloons with a product that extends float time significantly. We'll always advise on care instructions with your order.
