Our custom order form has a dedicated field for balloon text and personalisation details. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram with your requirements.
For foil letter balloons, the length depends on the size of the arrangement. For printed balloons, longer messages are possible. We'll advise when you enquire.
Usually within 24–48 hours once we have all the details. For complex personalisation, slightly longer may be needed. We always aim to accommodate your timeline.
